I had this same problem - it was fixed for me by downloading the mandatory update, (
link) and running it twice: the first time, uninstall the Cypress module (be careful about the driver station, though it can be reinstalled), the second time, reinstall everything you removed.
Before you start, make sure that CyMiniProg isn't running, or something to that effect. It'll cause errors if it is.
