This week that problem has usually been due to an older version of the Dashboard program that doesn't work with the camera code on the cRIO and doesn't get replaced when the Driver Station Update is installed.
Two solutions to that problem are: - Run the Driver Station Update twice more.
Once to Uninstall (select "FRC Driver Station" & "Remove this feature").
Again to Install. - Build your own Dashboard program just by using the LabVIEW default Dashboard project. Example
