Always check the manual. This would be located in the Kit of Parts section with a listing of parts that should be in the kit. If it is not listed there or FIRST doesn't have something on their website, you won't be getting one from FIRST.
If it is in the KOP listing, I believe it is to late to talk with first about missing KOP items. You could always ask, but I have not checked out the KOP myself
