We're trying grade our drivers test and having a full list would make the process a lot faster.
When considering penalties, we feel it is important to consider the red and yellow flag situations that arise AND the carry-forward status that results. Namely, if you are flagged in Q-1 (red or yellow) then you'll start out yellow flagged in Q-2. (general case: flag in Q-n means yellow flag in Q-n+1 where n<6) Unlike yellow cards in soccer play, once carded at FRC tournament your team remains under scrutiny for the rest of the qualification round.
