Make sure your Classmate has the latest LabVIEW update installed.
See the Control System page for the link to " Mandatory LabVIEW Update"
Then use the FRC cRIO Imaging Tool to download the latest cRIO firmware (v19) that comes with that update.
The Classmate and the cRIO must be at the same revision level.
