You aren't the first one. I believe the key words are "expand and retract, within frame configuration, [to fit] through the tunnel". This indicates an articulated or expanding frame of some form, which is illegal under <R11>.

The question was also poorly worded, so I'm not surprised that it got such a short answer. I would also not be surprised to have clarification requested within a day or so on Q&A.
