It would be helpful to have a little bit more information provided about where you are in the setup process.
Are you using the Classmate Developer account as the computer running Labview?
Have you updated the Driver's Station on the Classmate, Labview on whatever computer is running it, and reimaged the cRIO to v19?
Have you performed the Benchtop test as described in
Section 2 of the Control System Manual? Note that it is recommended to both flash the cRIO and run the first test using a tether and not a wireless connection. The manual suggests using a crossover cable, but a standard ethernet cable should work for most modern computers including the Classmate.
