Just coming from building all of ours, I found the quickest solution for me was to rip the plywood to 32-1/2" then cross cut that into 12-7/16" strips. I then made a quick cross cut jig on the table saw with a stop in place to set those pieces in at 45 degrees and contact the blade right at 10-1/4". This yielded 9 ribs per sheet...72 diagonal cuts later they are all 36 ribs.
If anyone did all this with a SkilSaw you have my utmost respect and a steadier hand than I do.
The tops and sides are pretty simple as well. If you are only building one bump section ignore me completely...we joined up with other local teams to build a field at a sponsor's place of business (an amazing opportunity for kids, mentors, parents and sponsors from multiple teams to come together and sweat a bit).
