The breaker you should use is related to the wire size you use, and is detailed in the FRC game manual.
The purpose of a circuit breaker is to protect the
wiring. It is intended to keep the wiring from overheating (and perhaps burning) in case of a short circuit. Its rating is not necessarily related to the normal current draw of the device being powered.
