Most ISPs give subscribers some webspace of their own, but that really depends on who your ISP is. PacBell gives out 20MB per account, which is more than enough for a few graphics.
If you have anything other than dialup, with a static IP (or even not, if you use something like
http://www.dyndns.org), you can run your own server, and host your own graphics, if you wanted to.
