It sounds like you might have last year's image on the cRIO. You need to reimage the cRIO with this year's (2010) cRIO image. If you installed the 2010 FRC software (I'm assuming you must have because you have LabVIEW 8.6), then the FRC cRIO Imaging Tool shortcut should be installed on your Windows desktop.
