Between some tests my team has run and data graciously provided by Team 1103, I've made a white paper explaining how User Data packets sent from the robot to the driver station work. Teams can use this as a guide for designing custom dashboard software or examining how the dashboard system works.

Be aware that the video feed from the webcam works on a completely different connection and port than this data.
