SMC & Festo Alternative
Anyone trying to find SMC solenoids at this point may run into some difficulties with their 4 week lead time. We used MAC Valves solenoids in 2005 when we ran into this situation. Packaging is slightly different, but they work great. I know they sell single solenoids as well, but I do not have that part number.

Double solenoid part# 45A-N00-DDBA-1BA

I do not have the manifold part number either (sorry), but if you call the local distributor I'm sure they can help you with that.
