Sometimes it may seem silly that we're supposed to wear safety glasses all the time, but team 2207 will now be extra sure that we are all wearing them!
One student on the team was drilling a hole, and the drill was reversed or on an incorrect setting or something. The drill escaped his hand and spun into his face. Fortunately, he was wearing safety glasses, and the only injury was a small gash in his eyebrow from the impact from the edge of the safety glasses. If he hadn't been wearing safety glasses, the drill would probably have hit him directly in the eye.
So remember to wear your safety glasses! Have a safe and happy build season!
