What do all the Driver Station status lights on the Diagnostics tab indicate?
Of course, is your robot Enabled?
Some typical reasons for a Jaguar blinking yellow:
- Robot not Enabled by the Driver Station (RSL tells all)
- Jag PWM cable not connected to the white PWM outputs, reverse connections, or possibly bad cable
- Digital Sidecar not receiving power
- Code does not Open the PWM the Jag is connected to.
Of course there are many more possible reasons, such as, out-of-date software and cRIO image, which you already checked.
Did you mean to say you are using the "Motor Control Example" ?
My version of LabVIEW doesn't have a "Simple Motor Control" example, but you might be using something else as your baseline.
What instructions did you follow, so I can walk through them?
