rack and pinion problem
a rack and pinion is used to drive a gate mechanism. The pinion has module of 12, 11 teeth and a pressure angle of 25. Solve for the details for each gear profiles.

Shaft diameter = 30 mm
Hub diameter = 60 mm
Keyway = 8x8
