Snow does not fall everywhere in the world where they have FIRST Teams. To allow the weather to impede our progress would certainly put us at a disadvantage. We have our meetings despite the weather.
However, safety is important, and therefore it is inappropriate to have a student show up to a meeting if conditions for them is too hazardous.

I will be trekking into territories where FIRST teams do not exist, perhaps I should start one? Oh, but that's a lot of work.
