Re: 24v Conflict with cRIO and Solenoid

As a rookie you probably don't know about the updates that come out (or your team contact didn't forward them to you.) This was covered in an update. You need to download the updated manual.


<R45> A. The cRIO-FRC power input must be connected to the 24 Vdc supply terminals on the Power Distribution Board. With the exception of one Solenoid Breakout Board, no other electrical load can be connected to these terminals.

It's a good idea to check for these at least twice a week at usfirst.org.
