We know there is a site selling slip cover bumpers. The question being really, since Velcro is not allowed as the only method of securing a bumper, is a slip cover allowed? It would seem like a slip cover would be even easier to have fall off when coming in contact with another robot.
So are Slip Covers allowed? and is our team allowed to make our own or do they have to be purchased from the site...--->
