There are small gears that can get pressed on the output shaft. If you try to put a larger gear you will most likely overload the shaft and bend it or lug down the motor too much and burn it up. You can get gears at AndyMark.biz or banebots.com. If you call them I am sure they will help u.

A little more discription of what u are trying to do might help also.
