Are you sure about that? The next question is "Are the maximum dimensions of your robot still under the 28" x 38" requirement"? A common rookie slip up is to make the robot exactly 28" x 38" only to find that their tolerance is +/- 1/4" and the 1/4" lies outside the dimension specification.
The First tolerance is 28" x 38" +0.0000". This is the tolerance used by inspectors.
