I don't think it is scary. There is a place where math becomes art. This is the place - a higher level. There are also individuals in our world who don't want to just compete, they want to dominate and will do what it takes to do that, lining up all the correct resources and talent. It is being showcased here. Strategy is part of the game but that same approach can be used in real world decision-making and in companies and how they run themselves. It's part of the vision that is promoted in FIRST and has culminated in the Robowranglers and what they are capable of.
