Still not sure I understand what your talking about, but ill give it a shot...

What color lights are lighting up on the jaguar?
Are you giving them a signal through PWM or CAN?
What kind of motor is the jaguar controlling?

Is it actually the jaguar clicking or is it your winch/motor that can't handle the load?
