Call NI. This happened to ours as well Sunday night. We called them and they said we would have it Tuesday. We just need to send them ours in the self addressed Fed Ex package that they supply. They were wonderful and very easy to work with.
On another note, I think this game is going to be tough on robots. If you don't have everything wither nylocked or loctited do it quick. Everything is shaking loose when robots go over the bumps. Our team and another team did a little scrimmage and afterwards we picked up a lot of nuts.
