To use a custom dashboard, you can either write one yourself (in LabVIEW) or download someone else's custom one. I believe the one the poster above you was referring to was
this. To install it, take the files in the zip folder and copy them to C:\Program Files\FRC Dashboard (MAKE A BACKUP FIRST!!!). It should automatically load the new dashboard when driver station is run.
