And if thats not enough, notice the 'Rate this thread' feature near the bottom right corner. People can now rate threads. So, when you view the forums, instead of the default 'sort by last activity', you can sort by 'thread rating' or .. a number of other things.. 'thread starter', 'date', etc..
The best advice i can give is to play around with any feature you see. And if you cant figure it out, ask... someone is bound to know
