The same thing happened with our team at last year's Arizona Regional. It was so awkward having to essentially pick who will win at the regional
Hoping to avoid this we decided to enter at the Las Vegas Regional, but unfortunately it appears that we are the only team entered there.
It's disappointing seeing fewer and fewer animations being submitted every year, and I fear if this continues the Animation Award may eventually be judged only at a national level or even fade away entirely. Best of luck to all teams this year, and I hope everyone had a blast creating their animations!
