Lightbulb T-shirt launcher: Help?

Hello everyone!
Archer here again, and now that our FRC season is over, the leadership has decided we are going to continue our season this year by building a T-shirt cannon.
The main reason for this is because of how amazing it would be to have one for our school, but also gives us a new opportunity, and a new quandary.

The thing is, our team, as well as mentors have NO experience with two functions we want/need to include. Is there anyone that can help me?

We want a cannon that can be built using CRAB STEERING, and uses PNEUMATICS. Also, we came up with a "possible" design, that instead of wireless controls, we could make the robot have a seat on it, so it would drive like a car.

With that said, We aren’t sure if/how we can build it to drive at a decent speed with that kind of weight. I've included a picture that was our inspiration for the seat idea, an old style AA gun.

In conclusion, we need help with Pneumatics, Crab steering, and structural design. We also would like to use the FRC control systems from two years ago so we don't have to take the cRio off of this year’s bot, or if we'll need it next year, so our t-shirt bot can remain constant.

In advance, on behalf of team 1982, I thank any and all for their help.
