I was sitting at the Scorekeeper table for part of the day at the CT Scrimmage, where we observed the 'out-of-place' fast-blinking RSL, and I'm pretty sure I remember checking the version that the DS was reporting as v20 (at least in one case that I remember checking). Not to say that there aren't multiple things that could be causing this.
Also, with regard to the
First Problem, what type of compression/frame size are you using? It could be a bandwidth issue on the field, or just simply a different throughput of field equipment vs your kit router? (simply un-based thoughts, btw)
