I'm trying to watch Wisconsin in VLC, but I keep on getting this error:

Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'mms://sargasso-3.arc.nasa.gov/wisconsin'. Check the log for details.

So, then I go to the log (Tools >> Messages) and this is what was in it:

access_mms error: failed to open a connection (tcp)
access_mms error: failed to open a connection (tcp)
access_mms error: cannot connect to server
access_mms error: cannot connect to sargasso-3.arc.nasa.gov:80
main error: open of `mms://sargasso-3.arc.nasa.gov/wisconsin' failed: could not create access

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Edit: Never mind. I reinstalled it (I somehow had 0.9.9 still), and it got whatever exception to the firewall it needed done right this time. The video seems to be glitchy during the matches, but it shows the sponsors very smoothly and clearly.
