Re: 2010 Granite State Regional: A Tournament in Review
I would like to make a public apology to team 241 and all those who have read my scouting data. Regrettably, our scouting data was particularly inaccurate regarding 241, as they performed far better than this data indicates!
After a couple courteous private messages from a member of 241, it has come to my attention that there is a significant discrepancy between our scouting data and 241's performance. My scouting data indicates that 241's robot was rather ineffective, which is not true! This team member pointed me to two different videos of their robot at GSR; in the first their robot performed well, with 3 single-zone moves and 1 double-zone move, if I remember correctly. In the second video their robot performed even better, completing 5 single-zone moves and another double-zone move (two more doubles were closely impeded by the bump). I am disappointed that our scouting data was so erroneous; however, I am glad to know that 241 competed even more competitively than I had thought! My sincerest apologies for the misinformation!
