I didn't really look at the code. I know it requires .NET to run after helping install it on scouting laptops last year and figured that was why it was named OprNET. I do most programming in my Linux boot and I still havent installed Visual Studio Express like my old laptop (which I used to work with the
Bongle's old '08 OPR code among other things). I'm glad that team update 16 made OPR relevant again (though it is still not a great fit for the game)
