IMPORTANT WEDNESDAY LOAD IN INFORMATION:
As you make plans to attend CMP, plan to have up to five (5) of your team members (at least one must be an adult mentor) ready to un-crate your robot, charge your batteries, encrypt your radio and get your robot inspected all on Wednesday (4/14) night. You can even work on your robot and start to set up your pit if you have time. Pits open at 6 PM and close at 9 PM on Wednesday
.
Also
qualification rounds start at 1 PM on Thursday, April 15th this year—your robot must have passed inspection by then! Plan ahead to make sure you have all the necessary team members on hand. The earlier start will allow us to get in more qualification matches.

Robots/Crates: You must ship your robot and any additional crates home through Shepard Exposition Services. You cannot take your robot or crate from the event unless you have received written permission from FRC. See Section 4.5.9 of the Manual for instructions on requesting a shipping exception
. All exception requests for the CMP should be received by April 5, 2010.
