Each on a Spike? You do know you can use one spike to do that - Set it to "OFF" and both are off, set it to "FORWARD" and one is on, set it to "REVERSE" and the other is on, or set it to "ON" and both are on. Connect the + inputs of each light to the M+ or M- on the Spike and run the - to the GND on the Spike (input side) or to any spare black connection on the PD board.

We have six 12" lights on our robot, connected to 3 Spike channels (2 spikes), in Red, Green, and Blue. No RGB color, just Red, Green, or Blue (or more than one). We use Blue to indicate ball in and Green to indicate High Gear (much easier for the coach to yell at the driver for running around in LOW). When the robot hangs from the vertical pole, they flash in sequence as soon as it is above the platform.
