Re: Michigan State Championships
All I can say is WOW. I was on the edge of or completely out of my seat for the matches from the semifinals on. Amazing. Amazing strategies, amazing bots, amazing defense. 217 played some excellent Pong. And those matches were close. Breakaway at it's best, guys. Seeing the best teams in the state compete on one field as a spectator was one of the best things I've seen and done in a long time.
Congratulations to all of the competitors for their performances at both this event an others. Congrats to 1918, 469, and 2834 for their victory. Congrats to 67, 217, and 2612 for OUTSTANDING performances. Congratulations to 27, 33, and 503 for their Chairman's wins - such deserving teams! At this point, I don't remember all of the names or teams, so congratulations to: Rookie All-Star, Rookie Inspiration, Woodie Flowers, Engineering Inspiration, and Dean's List recipients. What a state championship.
And finally, thanks to the wonderful volunteers, who we can't live without [:
