This is a great idea, but may have already been covered by other resources that are available to teams. The
Mentor Resources library on the FIRST website, the
NEMO website, the
Kickoff and Conference Workshops site and the
Think Tank, as well as the white papers here on CD and the other team's websites, have covered a lot of topics including team organization.
