event name,
date(s),
brief description, and
registration/contact information, along with a
link to your thread (if applicable) in the off-season sub-forum.
If there are any updates for your event, just update your post.
As with the 2009 thread, please do not discuss events here. Instead, use the individual threads setup for each event. This will keep the thread clean for those who are just searching for events to attend.
Finally, if the event hosts could, please post their events on the
CD calendar, and send a PM Brandon (I hope) to get it added to the countdown. Please include a link to the event when requesting the countdown addition.*
