Gotta comment on this since snooping around websites is sort of a hobby of mine.
If FIRST, or anyone, puts a page out on a server and thinks that not having links to access it is a viable way of protecting it they are asking for that page to be found. If they really cared they would have secured the page properly. ANYTHING you put out online in an unsecured manner is fair game. Nothing illegal about accessing a page that you have access to. Security through obscurity is a bad idea.
Now, if someone had decided to break through the security and access the files THAT is illegal. To my knowledge that did not happen though.
