On or around May 3, IRI applications will be available at this website:

Fill out the application completely and submit well before the published deadline. Last year, almost 110 teams applied, 82 were selected and 72 ultimately registered. I'm guessing even more teams will apply, so you will need to stand out from a field of impressive applicants. Once you apply, wait impatiently for the list of selected teams to be announced. If selected, send your acceptance and payment promptly!
