Our team used a dewalt transmission for the first time this year, and I can tell you how we accomplished it. Although, it was with a FP and not a CIM.

What we did was take a trip to the local dewalt store, with the list of parts from the white paper. Many of the parts had been phased out and had new versions availible and we ordered such. What was nice about being their in person was that the guy behind the counter could tell me what was going to fit together and what wasn't. Then after a quick inspection to verify that the parts should fit together, we bought them.

The price was a bit more than the white paper suggested, running about 98 dollars.
