Gary excellent guidelines for making rule changes. To all that would like to recommend changes, please refer to Gary's posting for you inputs to be considered. For I have given him (HEAD REF) the responsibility for making any changes to the game rules.

As far as the alliance selections, I am tacking responsibility for this so please make your suggestions on this post.
