so I have a solution.
Every year there will be in the KoP some Rookie items but it will be changed from year to year.
ex:
the rookie items at 2011 will be 1 battery charger.
the rookie items at 2012 will be compressor.

The purpose of this idea is to give in the KoP all the parst a team needs but not as the quantity as last years. At this year KoP all the rookie items were totally gone of the KoP, but in my idea the teams will keep recieve those items.

Send it to FRCTeams and indicate that it's a KOP suggestion. Also, fill out the KOP survey! It's a little late, but that should get it to Kate's attention.

Or, you could remember that the compressor rules have been relaxed to allow comparable compressors, etc., so you aren't necessarily limited to the KOP compressor.
