First of all... I do believe creating fake accounts for reasons like this is against the terms... (I really don't know... I never actually read them....)
But I might as well answer your question. It's rather simple. Have a friend on another team nearby? Ask them if you can join. If not, find teams in your area and ask them if you can join. Most should take you in. Though without back ground on the reason you are leaving (AKA: It's because your always acting out of breaking rules) they may be skeptical. Finding teams in your areas should be to difficult. TBA should help. Then find someone here on that team and send them a message. I would recommend looking for a mentor over a student.
