article written about the LASA Robotics outreach initiative this year. A few years ago, one of our students,
Allen Smith, developed a SMARTcamp as his Eagle Scout project. Since then, the camp has continued to grow and develop as a fundraiser for the team and now it has become a grant-funded outreach program that the team has taken on the road to reach children who would not have access to the camp, otherwise.
We are very proud of this initiative.
