That's obviously not part of the product features as described by Steve Jobs (if it were, that'd be kinda odd... I can't really imagine him with his presentation on the new iTouch talking about how it heats up when the battery is draining), just to be Mr. Obvious. I think some people had the same problem with iOS 4, but I don't know much about it.
