To be fair, "three good scorers" wins a lot of games.
Obvious 469 alliance: 2791 cleaning up in front, 469 mid, 294 playing defense and scoring from the back zone.
Avoiding the obvious "1114 and 67" and trying to come up with some partners we actually could have had at regionals: 2791 in front, 230 midfield, 20 in back.
On paper, we initially were aiming for an alliance that had a solid back autonomous that could either defend or clear balls depending on the need, and picking up a front zone cleaner in the second round. Then we made a strategy change when our kicker was never up to snuff and became a frontzone "striker", seeking a solid midfielder with the first pick and a "3-and-D" with the second.
