If you need a rolling cart for tools, the Harbor Freight # 95659 is a pretty good deal when you catch it on sale for $99. (like it is now) and then use one of the 20% off store coupons as well.
The # 95272 is probably a bit better but is twice the price.
Take a look at this organizer. They are great for small parts and the larger ones can be used for tools.
