Let's not forget IRI is usually 'closed' to the public, given its invitational nature and physical limitations on the amount of teams.

Quantities of awesomeness aside, I'm inclined to agree with Eric.

I love the idea of a team volunteer assignment. Setup & Teardown of the field is probably the largest need of short-term manpower at any event.
