I totally agree. Deus Ex is one of the best games I have ever played. I am much looking forward to the sequel (possibly more than Doom3 [blasphemy!]).

Another game that plays more like a movie would have to be Metal Gear Solid. Quite the game of quality, in my opinion. The sequel, on the other hand, left much to be desired. Perhaps it was how much I expected of MGS2 that left me wanting something more, but I thought the game drew too little a distinction between game and movie. Every 6 feet you walk, it seemed, another cutscene would trigger, some of which were five minutes long (so far as I can remember, it's been a while).

Other than that, I have nothing to say...
