I got it working.!
I do not know how but i set the ips to what u guys told me and still did not work. I was working on it at lunch and the lunch ended so i left to go to class. At the point it was NOT working. I came afterschool to try to fix it and ..... i just plugged it in and it started working :S i dont know why it wasnt working before but it is working now..
